VGNO...

It has been way too long. I am going to try to have some fun girl time tonight at "Ann's Virtual Girls Night Out".
The question of the day is "What was your favorite John Hughes film"? Mine has always been "Ferris Bueller's Day Off". I had ot grow into this one since it came out when I was only 5, but it is such a classic and when I was old enough to understand it, it was one of my favorite's.

If you are visiting from "Ann Again and Again" please look around, enter some giveaways and leave a comment. I will make sure I visit you as well. It is nice to be back.

I have always loved The Breakfast Club but Some Kind of Wonderful was also excellent.

I've been away from the VGNO too long too. Hard to say, it may be cliche, but I still love Breakfast Club. Ferris, 16 Candles and Pretty in Pink are right up there too. "So it's sort of social - pathetic and sad, but social."

My friend and I once spent a summer renting movies, and the two that we wore out the most were Ferris and UB. Her b'day is in August, so I got her (gourmet) popcorn (I think it was Chocolate Mint) and a movie. It was a tough choice, but Ferris won out. My favorite line from that movie is Cameron's, "Don't ask me to participate in your stupid crap if you don't like the way I do it." Too funny!
