"Welcome Little One" book review and giveaway! (CLOSED)

The Classy Closet review panel is back. This time we are sharing with you this wonderful book written by award-winning author, Sandra Magsamen.

Sandra Magsamen has put together her skills as an artist, art therapist and mom to create products that allow people to express themselves and connect with others. Through the years Sandra has seen the different ways people choose to express their feelings towards one another. Learning that sometimes art gives people the opportunity to do so otherwise. Sandra first started creating her own art in her kitchen. Soon the demand for her art creations grew and so did Sandra's career.

Sandra Magsamen has since founded Table tiles, Inc. (a multi-million dollar gift business), created infant brands seen at JC Penny and Wal-mart ("Messages from the Heart" and "Wishes & Kisses"), published 35 books and more. Also be on the look out for Sandra's two new books coming out, My Little Monkey and Little Bear Hugs. These two books will be published Sept. 1st, 2009.



Review:
My kids and I have been reading "Welcome Little One". This is an adorable book filled with beautiful words, colorful illustrations and it even includes fun interactive pages. This has become my daughters favorite book. She has always enjoyed touchy feely books, but Sandra has chosen to include so much more. My daughter favorite pages are the musical page, which plays Rock a Bye Baby with the push of a button and the final page which includes a mirror under a flap. She loves to look at herself and give herself a little kiss when I read the last words, "The world became a more wonderful place the moment I saw your beautiful face".

This book has such beautiful words and is a must for a new mother and her baby. Any child would love to grow up being read this book each night before going to bed.
