HoneyBee Gardens review/giveaway (CLOSED)

I love to pamper myself. I have found that caring for my hair and skin makes me feel happier about me. I can walk with more confidence and know that I am giving my body the care it deserves.
I heard about Honeybee Gardens and their all natural, cruelty-free and environmentally aware products. I looked them up and noticed they have a great selection of cosmetics, hair and body care. They even have products for men. Knowing of Honeybee Gardens all natural products and seeing their incredible prices motivated me to learn more.
I have been using Honeybee Gardens JobaColors Eye liner for a couple of weeks now. First off, I am very particular with my make-up, especially my eye liner. I am always hesitant when the price is inexpensive and the product is all natural. I have noticed with other products like this that their eye liner goes on too dark or too light, doesn't blend or doesn't last. I am happy to day that Honeybee Gardens has been the perfect eyeliner. The eyeliner goes on and it last all day. It really stays on all day.
One of my favorite things to do with my eyeliner is to blend it so it softens it's look around the eye. JobaColors eye liner does this perfectly. For the great price and knowing I can use products that are aware of the environment and me as a women I will continue to use Honeybees products.
I loved how this product worked so much I decided to include a picture of how it looks. I am no model, but look how soft and perfect this eye liner looks.

The Giveaway: Honeybee Gardens is giving away a set of 3 JobaColors eye liner to two winners. Both winners will recieve all colors.

To Enter: Visit Honeybee Gardens and look around (This is a must). Come back and leave a comment telling me something else, besides the eye liner's, that you would love to try.

I like the Odorless Nail Polish Remover....I might just go back and buy it. I can't take the smell of regular nail polish remover. Thanks! vac924@gmail.com

Any of their nail polishes I would love to try, and also their Lip Balm sampler.

Gosfam said...

I have a simple tip, nothing fancy, but I just think it is so important to moisturize before you put on your make-up

LilyBiscuit said...

A favorie tip of mine is to use a darker liner on top (dark brown or bronze usually) and a soft mid tone blue pencil on the bottom. It brightens my eyes and seems to enhance the color a bit. By the way, the liner looks great on you. It's a beautiful look! vac924@gmail.com

My fav makeup trick, really isn't about makeup, but its to only use the finger next to you pinky to dab or spread makeup around your eyes. The reason for this is that, that one finger is weaker than your other fingers and won't pull your skin so much.

Thanks

My makeup tip would be using a primer before applying shadow on the lids. It does make a difference. I normally use shadow base or cream shadow underneath the shadow or pigment for long lasting effect

Make up tip: use mascara, then curler and repeat with the mascara.

I would love to try the luscious lip gloss or the truly natural mascara.

Anonymous said...

Put your eyeliner on BEFORE you put your shadow on your top eyelid. It help softens the color of the eyeliner.

To make your lips look more plump. Put on your regular lipstick, then put a little lipgloss in nude on your lower lip.

The mineral color powders look great. I would also love to try the truly natural mascara.

Julie Ann said...

IF you put your mascara on after eye shadow, make sure you make a sweep of mascara a top of your lashes. You don't want people noticing the powder from your shadow on your lashes!

One of my favorite makeup tips: If you don't have time to put on a lot of makeup, at least put on some mascara. It will make your eyes stand out more.

when using mineral makeup powders make sure your face is moisturized well, but not wet or damp at all, you may even want to use a towel to blot it before applying makeup, application goes on much easier!

I forgot my email on what I would want but I'll give it to you now with my makeup tip. My tip is more about makeup removing. I have found that I can never find a make-up remover that is good on my face, that is until one day I was showering in my little boy's room and used Johnson & Johnson's baby shampoo. It takes my mascera right off and is so gentle that I can scrub my eyes with it and my whole face feels soft afterwards.

I'd like to try the Clean Mint Cleansing Gel. Dry skin is a terrible problem this time of year and I'm sure my skin would soak up this bargain! Thanks!

My best makeup tip is to leave foundation off of your eyelids. Eye shadow seems to last a lot longer when it's applied directly to the skin and not to foundation.
